Although we officially launched in October 2015, our team brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in home care services. We’re led by our dedicated Company Director, Chay Lynch, and our experienced Care Manager, Fiona O'Donnell — both passionate about delivering outstanding care every day.

I’ve used this team of amazing support workers who go above and beyond to help all their customers. I’ve had Fiona as my support worker for over 10 years now she knows all my family members and has supported my step dad to continue his care at home for as long as he was able to I wouldn’t go to another care provider they know me know when I’m unwell need a Dr or Hospital inpatient. We provide a wide range of homecare services including personal care, medication support, companionship, dementia care, palliative support, meal preparation, domestic help, and support with attending appointments.
Yes. Because We Care Northampton Ltd is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our service is regularly inspected to ensure we meet high standards of care, safety, and dignity.
Our team consists of fully trained, DBS-checked carers who are supported by a strong management and quality assurance team. We prioritise continuity and relationship-building between carers and clients.
We offer flexible visit times from early morning to late evening. In some cases, we also provide overnight or live-in care. All visits are scheduled based on your individual needs and preferences.
We aim to provide regular carers to ensure consistency and trust. While we cannot guarantee a specific individual, we always take client preferences into account.
We use a digital monitoring system that alerts our office if a carer is delayed. We will contact you immediately and arrange cover as needed. Your wellbeing is our priority.
